Low-iron (ultraclear) glass
ABOUT THE OBJECT
The Zaza table began with a simple premise: the desire to display and store art books while maintaining a clutter-free tabletop surface. What emerged was a concept for a classic marble top with a reverse bevel edge and a glass shelf beneath on which to place books. The design of the table legs accentuates the relationship between these two surfaces. Bent and brushed stainless steel, reminiscent of a midcentury “hairpin” style, taper inward and form a ledge for both the marble and the glass.
